The QSP heatwrap van withstand temperatures up to 1250 degrees celcius.
Wrapping your exhaust manifold gives two benefits. The wrap will raise the temperature inside the runners. This higher temperature is great for a better flow of the exhaust gasses. The wrap also keeps the heat inside of the runners, this lowers the temperature of the engine bay and will lower the intake air temperature.
