LHD Means that your steering wheel is on the LEFT side of the car and the battery is on the right side of the car (for some models, not for the Civic 01-06 for example)
RHD means that your steering wheel is on the RIGHT side of the car and the battery is on the left side of the car (for some models, not for the Civic 01-06 for example)
