Delivery/Pick up

80% of the products in our store are in internal or external stock and we can often process your order quickly (varying from a few hours to a number of business days).

Naturally it is possible that a product has an (unexpected) longer delivery time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will always inform you about this and offer any available alternatives. So keep a close eye on your mailbox.

We deliberately provide stock information about our products afterwards, because many suppliers do not offer a ''stock link system'' and we do not want to show '' estimates '' in advance, like many other web shops do (which are often incorrect and give you wrong information in advance).

If you don't wish to wait for an ordered product, we will always offer you the option for a refund.

Standard delivery time (not a standard shipping delay of your order products) of the transportation companies like DHL, DPD, UPS and POSTNL(TNT):
  • The Netherlands/Belgium/Germany: 1-2 business days (valid for DHL, DPD and UPS. Mailbox shipments can take longer.
  • Rest of Europe: 2-4 working days (valid for DHL, DPD, UPS and POSTNL. Mailbox shipments can take longer.
  • Rest of World: 4+ business days, Depending on the choosen shipping option. Valid for UPS, DHL and POSTNL. Mailbox shipments can take longer.

All deliveries will be performed by DHL, DPD, UPS, PostNL or local shipping companies.

POSTNL for small packages/envelopes and for small and big parcels to the rest of Europe and world (Insured and not insured and with or without T&T information)
DHL for small and big parcels to NL/DE/BE/LUX (with T&T information)
DPD for small and big parcels to NL/DE/BE/LUX (with T&T information)
UPS for small and big parcels to the rest of Europe and world (with T&T information)


Please check the Track & Trace email you will receive from us, as soon as the shipment has been send. This Track & Trace email does tell you when to expect the parcel(s).

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the website. You will be able to see the actual shipping costs before you confirm your order. 
We will contact you afterwards for information about the costs if the parcel has a difficult shape/weight.

We will try to process your order quicker than normal and we could charge you extra costs for this service. We will inform you about the possibilities.


PICK UP

It's possible to pick up your order at our warehouse or shop. 
After we confirmed you order, we will inform you when the order can be picked up.
You can choose to pay the order in advance (IDEAL/PAYPAL/MISTER CASH/BANK TRANSFER) and pick it up later.
