What is the status of my online order?
If you would like to know what the status is of your order, please read the steps below carefully. This information applies to customer with an Account.
If you don't have an accout, you will have to create one in our shop.
Please know that the ''general'' information you will see in this order status, is not as accurate/usefull as the email you have received from us with ACTUAL order information in it with a shipping date estimate.
Therefor we recommend to always check the order confirmation email from us which says: ''ORDER STATUS'' and our personal added information behind it.
- Click on ‘LOGIN’ on the top right hand side of the homepage.
- Click in the menu on ‘MY ACCOUNT’.
- On the next page click on ‘YOUR ORDERS’.
You will be able to see the order number, date of purchase, order status and the total purchase amount. Here you will find a list of your orders, starting with your last order.
‘Confirmed’ means that we received your order and that we are processing it. We will manually keep you informed on the status of your order by email.
We have chosen to update you about the order manually, because we are able to explain the situation in an email, instead of changing the order status to a ''different'' status.
Once we have send out your order, you will automatically receive an email from DHL or UPS with the tracking information.
Normally this will be at the end of the day between 17:00 and 18:00.
