AISIN (100% same as the Genuine Honda Tensioner but than much more expensive) TCT Timing chain tensioner.
Over time the tensioner wears and makes more noise.
They often need to be replaced on engines that are nearing 100,000 km or on engines that have spent their life bouncing off the rev limiter.
This is in a certain way an OEM Honda product, since Honda buys these TCT from AISIN.
