The idea of re-usable oil filter has been used in many forms of racing for several years now, but surprisingly, there were limited options available for Hondas. Checking the inside of the oil filter is a great way to monitor engine wear for anything abnormal. However, until now, people needed to cut open a regular oil filter if they wanted to see what was going on inside the engine. Not anymore though, K-Tuned has made oil filter inspection very simple.
The K-Tuned Billet Oil Filter is designed specifically for the Honda K-series engine. Our racing experience has once again influenced this race-spec part, which can be completely disassembled for inspection, cleaned, and then re-installed on the engine. The 30 micron stainless steel filter element and tough billet design make it a very durable and long lasting part. This is a must have for race cars and serious street cars.
Our billet filter comes with a free removal tool to dis-assemble the housing and remove the filter for cleaning.
